We have ongoing requirements for sites for development on a solus basis and in joint venture. Current residential site requirements include;
3-30 units-middle-upper value markets for use of innovative build system
30-150 units-city/town centre/fringe
100-300 units-city/town centre/fringe
100-300 units suburban areas of cities/larger towns
100 units plus for sites with flood risk or permanent water
Only sites where highly sustainable development is being positively encouraged are likely to be of interest.
